These terms describe how the Genbound.io service works and what you can expect from us.
Who We Are & Who This Is For
Genbound.io provides client acquisition, onboarding, and management for producing residential real estate agents. We identify ideal buyers and sellers, run targeted campaigns, qualify opportunities, book consultations, coordinate onboarding information and paperwork, and support CRM workflows and routine administrative tasks.
The 90-Day Client Growth Goal
Our goal is to acquire, onboard, and manage 3 additional buyer or seller clients in 90 days. Before launch, we agree on ideal client criteria and the scope of supporting acquisition and operational processes.
The service includes implementation, setup, and 90 days of management and optimization. Engagement-specific obligations and scope are governed by your signed agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Agents remain responsible for meeting buyers and sellers, building relationships, providing professional representation, and closing transactions. Keep your calendar available, attend consultations, provide necessary information, and share progress updates so Genbound can coordinate supporting processes.
Goals & Outcomes
The 3-client / 90-day goal is not an assured outcome. Signed representation agreements and completed transactions depend on factors including prospect decisions, market conditions, and the agent’s professional work. Specific obligations are set out in the signed engagement agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, branding, and design — is owned by Genbound.io or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any campaign assets or systems developed for a client engagement are governed by that engagement's agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genbound.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the service. Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what is stated in the engagement agreement.
